The Pilipinx Australian Library (upcoming)

The Pilipinx Australian Library a small, non circulating , mobile library and ongoing community / art project. It aims to introduce, make accessible, and celebrate Filipino culture within Western Sydney and beyond. The project also aims to connect the Filipino diaspora to each other and the wider community.

Dedicated to Filipino literature, arts, and culture,  the library shares and collects narratives and cultural books by writers, artists and scholars across the Filipino diaspora. It will also serve as an activation site through readings, pop up appearances , performances, talks, workshops and events.
The project was initially inspired by PAL - The  Pilipinx American Library,  located in Queens, NY and run by PJ Policarpio and Emmy Catedral.
Earthling Tent  (upcoming)

‘EARTHLING TENT’ is a traveling art project that explores the layered meanings of ‘home’ - geographical, emotional, spiritual - and invites public audiences and selected collaborators to do the same.

EARTHLING TENT’ is a traveling, heavily patterned, hand block printed, mobile tent installation, to be exhibited across multiple locations in Sydney, Australia and potentially internationally. It explores tents as a metaphor for home, identity, movement, place and belonging. Viewers are offered transformative experiences as active participants in the work, invited to enter the immersive graphic space, and briefly occupy it.
